Hasan Helimi in (turk. Hasan Helimişi) (born in 1907, the village ortakhopa (Turkey Lazeti) c. March 2, 1976) - Laz painter, poet.
Laz painter and poet Hasan was born in Turkey helimi Lazeti ortakhopa in the village (in the middle khopa). He finished the first stage of a Turkish school.
In 1932 moved to Georgia, Batumi moved.
In 1949-1954 he worked as an unreliable, "suspicious" person, with his family were exiled to Siberia in the city vasiugan (Tomsk region).
1961-1967 he was Professor Sergi Jikia invitation of Tbilisi State University (TSU) at the Faculty of Oriental Turkish taught.
Helimi Hassan died on March 2, 1976. Buried in Georgia, in the village of Sarpi.
